Last Sunday, I went for a surf at low tide and picked up a few small rocks as I was getting out of the water. Here they are stacked in various ways.

I had to go to Indian Wells for a conference from Sunday through Wednesday. Tuesday was my 8-year wedding anniversary. The nice part was that my wife drove out with my son a couple times so I was able to hang out with them for a bit. But between work and hanging out with the family, I didn’t have a whole lot of time to devote to taking any photographs. But when you have a phone with a camera there is really no good excuse for not taking more photographs. I was being lazy.
Anyways, here is what I took with my phone between Sunday and Wednesday.

There is a website called, CubeeCraft (it seems to be down at the moment – at least for me), where you can download some images, print them at home, then cut and assemble them to make some cool little characters. There are probably hundreds of different characters to choose from, but I let Nate pick his favorites and he picked the following.

Tux, Domo Kun, and Mario

We have 3 dogs. I haven’t posted an pics of Kody yet, but I’ve posted one photo of Sherman before. Today’s photo features our newest family member, Don Diego, and Sherman. As you can see they get along quite nicely and are, at times, inseparable.

My wife signed up for a program where we get a box of fresh produce from Tanaka Farms. We don’t know exactly what we’re going to get, but it is usually some mix of fruits and vegetables – all very, very fresh.
Today’s shot: a close up of a very lovely little strawberry that we received from Tanaka Farms.

Had to jump on a plane to go to the Big Apple for a meeting. I flew out Tuesday morning and flew back Wednesday afternoon. The duration of my flight times were about double the duration of my meeting. It was rough to say the least. The bright spot was that I got to stay at the Waldorf-Astoria in Midtown – pretty fancy.
